Trust in large equipment comes from an inspectable manufacturing chain. Materials, welding, inspection and records must follow each project document; a method used on one project is not an automatic promise for every order.

Production input

Review approved drawings, material lists, critical dimensions, interfaces and revisions.

Receive materials and components

Check grade, specification, quantity, identification and required documents.

Cut and form

Organize cutting, rolling, machining and structural-part fabrication.

Weld and assemble

Complete welding, supports, nozzles, platforms and module assembly to approved requirements.

Inspect and close issues

Record dimensions, appearance, assembly, agreed inspection and nonconformance closure.

Final assembly and dispatch

Verify marking, split shipment, protection, packing, lists and delivery records.
